Summary:
The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing core supply chain and operational workflows. This role supports fulfillment, purchasing, inventory tracking, cost analysis, and digital operations across platforms such as Shopify, Shipbob, Katana, and Amazon. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment & Supply Chain
- Monitor daily order fulfillment and proactively flag delays or issues.
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Track and confirm supplier payments; maintain a clear payment status overview.
- Maintain visibility on supplier liabilities and accounts payable.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across 3PLs and sales platforms (e.g., Shipbob, Amazon).
- Ensure accurate inventory data in Katana and other internal tools.
- Execute monthly manual stock adjustments and reconciliations.
- Manage SKU setups and edits in Katana.
- Track stock valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) data.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain weekly KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce coordination.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana is required.
- Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Shipbob, Katana, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technology is preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort in Google Sheets or Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working remotely across time zones.
