Summary:
Tumbler is a fast-growing consumer brand expanding its marketing team with an experienced Influencer and Partnerships Manager to build and scale our creator and brand partnership programs. This role is critical to expanding brand reach, lowering customer acquisition costs, and opening new growth channels through influencer activation and strategic partnerships.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys creating structure from the ground up, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can balance strategy with day-to-day execution. You will own the full lifecycle of influencer relationships and partnerships—from prospecting and outreach through activation, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management—while collaborating closely with our marketing, social, and growth teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, launch, and scale a comprehensive influencer program across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Identify, vet, pitch, negotiate, onboard, and manage creators and brand partners
  • Own influencer and partnership outreach, follow-up, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Develop and manage a core group of high-impact brand ambassadors, alongside a steady monthly pipeline of paid and gifting-based creators
  • Identify and secure strategic brand, community, or organizational partnerships aligned with Tumbler’s audience and values
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing programs in collaboration with marketing leadership
  • Create clear onboarding and brand education materials for creators and partners
  • Provide constructive creative feedback to ensure content quality, accuracy, and brand alignment while preserving authenticity
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Growth teams to monitor performance, repurpose content, and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Manage budgets, forecast program needs, and evaluate ROI across influencer and partnership initiatives
  • Track campaigns, deliverables, and workflows using project management tools to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Maintain strong, responsive relationships with top creators and partners through regular check-ins and proactive communication

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing influencer programs and brand partnerships at a growth-stage consumer brand
  • Strong depth in influencer management, with demonstrated success activating, scaling, and retaining creators
  • Experience working within a focused product or brand environment where customer identity and demographic alignment are critical
  • Sales or sales-adjacent background, with comfort driving outreach, follow-up, pitching, and closing
  • Strong negotiation skills across paid, performance-based, and gifting agreements
  • Highly self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize effectively with minimal oversight
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to evaluate content trends and guide creators toward high-performing output
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building new systems, and shifting between strategy and execution​​​​​​​

Employment Information:
This position is Remote in the United States
Compensation:  $90,000 - $110,000/year + bonus
