Summary:
We’re looking for a Ecommerce Conversion Optimization Specialist to help increase conversion rates on our Shopify storefront. Your focus will be entirely on direct-to-consumer website performance. You’ll bring an analytical and test-driven mindset, strong working knowledge of Shopify, and a track record of running A/B tests that drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Audit our Shopify site and customer journey to identify friction points and missed opportunities
- Plan, design, and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or similar
- Work with our design/dev team to implement and iterate on high-impact experiments
- Analyze conversion data and generate actionable insights to improve the user experience
- Optimize landing pages, PDPs (product detail pages), cart/checkout flow, and mobile experience
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign-driven landing pages and funnel performance
- Report regularly on wins, losses, and next steps
- ~3 years of experience in CRO, ideally for DTC e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of Shopify and conversion best practices
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
- Data-driven mindset and a bias for action
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain what’s working and why
